Ans. We offer dedicated engineers who can coordinate and integrate with your team and look after your clients. But if required, we do offer 24×7 Support. Professional Services are all Adhoc, hence those do not fall under 24×7.

Ans. Yes, we do. Depends on the clients’ requirements.
