• Role will be 80% recruitment and 20% other HR Activities.
• Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
• Creating job descriptions for various positions.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, job board, social platforms like LinkendIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.
• Screening candidates according to best-fit criteria, scheduling interviews and timely closures of positions.
• Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
• Planning employee engagement activities.
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of HR department.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required into IT recruitment.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
