Being a complete white-labeled managed IT Services Provider, we always use software tools, ticketing system & RMM being used by our MSP partner.
As part of our Standard Onboarding Process for NOC, Helpdesk & Professional Service Contracts, MSPs start off with provisioning of required user accounts for the aligned resources for that project and share credentials securely using one-time usable encrypted links and/or emails with the team.
Though there are multiple ways for an MSP to grant secure access to their systems, we highly recommend MSPs leverage one of the following methods…
- Allowing access to all software tools and ticketing systems only from Infrassist’s Office (NOC Centre) Public IP addresses.
- Setting up a Point-to-Site (P2S) or Site-to-Site (S2S) VPN between your MSP firewall and Infrassist NOC Centre.
- Provisioning a remote virtual desktop for our team in your private data center or a public cloud in your region.
We maintain dual ISP links (Dedicated Leased Line and High-Speed Broadband) at our NOC Center to ensure uninterrupted service and 100% uptime. This allows us to remain connected and responsive at all times.
